Wallets and Funding
Every organization funds its spending and receives its earnings through wallets. A personal organization uses your connected wallet. A team organization registers one or more of its own wallets, managed under Settings, then Wallets.
Registering a wallet
Provision a wallet and register either:
- an external wallet by its address (a validated
0xaddress), or - a managed wallet held for the organization.
One wallet is marked the default payout target, which is where the organization's seller earnings are sent. The default is chosen when the wallet is registered.
Viewing and registering wallets requires the wallet-management permission (owner, admin, or billing admin). Without it, the Wallets page shows a restricted state.
Funding and settlement
Funding a balance, spending, and on-chain settlement work the same as for any account. See the Payments docs for USDC on-chain, x402, MPP, fiat credit, and how settlement executes.
Payouts
For sellers, earnings accrue to the organization and are paid to its default payout wallet. Configuring payouts is available to owners, admins, and billing admins; withdrawing payouts is limited to owners and billing admins. See Roles and permissions.
