Adapter policy media and Responses contract
This page is generated from adapter policy baseline-1.0.0 (catalog revision sha256:0fa1f2151899a5f15b8e4394c95e4156a231b207c8427e4765e511ef5b7c83f8). It documents portable provider contracts; live model availability remains available from GET /v1/models.
Media endpoint contracts
Model-specific duration, aspect-ratio, resolution, and audio constraints are validated before funds are reserved. Async jobs pin the provider-native model, endpoint contract, status map, and profile implementation at submission, so a later policy deployment cannot reinterpret an in-flight render. Unknown provider states remain pending unless the reviewed endpoint policy explicitly marks unknown states failed.
Responses compatibility
POST /v1/responses is the buyer-facing contract. The generated policy selects native Responses, Responses-to-Chat, or provider-specific versioned profiles only from an offer's observed wire capabilities; configuration cannot invent wire support. Streaming preserves pre-content failover and prohibits post-content replay. Full hosted OpenAI tools and server-side previous_response_id state are not provided.
